Start this year’s fitness journey off right with our Full Body Strength Class, perfect for all fitness levels. This class is a fun full body workout to build muscle and blast fat. Each workout will challenge your strength and incorporate both body-weight HIIT moves with weight strengthening moves to give you a total body burn. If you want to burn body fat, learn muscle activation, build muscle and learn proper muscle recovery then this class is for you! A variety of class styles and equipment will be used to keep the workouts challenging and different from week to week. This class runs every Monday at Wednesday at 9:30AM!
